1. Principles
1.1 The Platform encourages rational communication, respect for others, and lawful trading.
1.2 You are solely responsible for your statements and conduct on and off the Platform, including any legal liability.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, doxxing, or dissemination of others' private information is prohibited.
2.2 Fraud and high-risk fundraising behaviors are prohibited, including (without limitation):
- (a) "money schemes" such as pyramid/ponzi-like arrangements with referral tiers and unrealistic return promises;
- (b) any forms of money laundering, acting as a payment intermediary, or requesting others' OTP/passwords;
- (c) impersonating the Platform, customer support, or official Shop personnel.
2.3 Unauthorized advertising/spam and malicious traffic diversion is prohibited.
2.4 Defamation, disparagement, false accusations, or conduct harming the reputation of the Company, the Platform, or related personnel is prohibited. The Company reserves legal rights.
3. Enforcement and Actions
3.1 The Platform may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts without prior notice.
3.2 The Platform may, where permitted by law, provide necessary information to law enforcement to assist investigations.
