Listing Rules & Prohibited Items (Hong Kong)

1. Allowed Listing Scope
1.1 The Platform only allows listings related to TCG and related collectible series, including (without limitation) TCG single cards, sealed products (packs/boxes/gift sets, etc.), accessories, figures/models, toys, and other officially authorized collectibles.
1.2 You must comply with these Listing Rules, Section 3 of the Terms of Service, and Hong Kong laws.
2. Prohibited Items (Summary)
2.1 Prohibited listings/sales include (without limitation):
- (a) counterfeits, imitations, unauthorized or infringing goods;
- (b) illegal items or items requiring licenses where you lack such licenses;
- (c) weapons, ammunition, dangerous goods;
- (d) adult content and related services;
- (e) any goods unrelated to TCG and related series; and
- (f) any other goods or services prohibited by other Platform pages or Terms.
2.2 If you make false statements, malicious defamation, disparagement, or misleading claims, the Company reserves the right to take legal action.
3. Content Requirements
3.1 Listing content must be truthful, clear, and not misleading. You are fully responsible for product source, authenticity, descriptions, condition, and transaction terms.
3.2 Do not misappropriate others' images, trademarks, text, or any protected content.
3.3 Do not use listings for money laundering, scams, unsafe off-platform payment diversion, or other illegal purposes.
4. Manual Review / Spot Check Principles
4.1 The Platform may conduct manual review/spot checks for one or more reasons including:
- (a) report-triggered;
- (b) high-risk category/keyword triggered;
- (c) new accounts/abnormal behavior triggered;
- (d) random checks; and
- (e) compliance needs.
4.2 In review, factors may include (without limitation):
- (a) whether the item is within allowed scope;
- (b) infringement/counterfeit risks;
- (c) misleading content;
- (d) potential for significant complaints/disputes/platform risk; and
- (e) suspected scams or circumvention.
4.3 For dispute investigations, risk control, compliance, or security, the Platform may request supplemental information (e.g., more photos, source explanations, authorization proof). If you refuse or cannot provide, the Platform may take down the listing or restrict features.
5. Official-Release Products: Source Compliance and Pricing Hints (MVP)
5.1 For certain newly released official or authorized products (e.g., newly released booster boxes, cases, gift sets, etc.), some supply sources (including authorized distributors, wholesalers, or brand owners) may impose their own sales or pricing terms on retailers. Shops must ensure their listing and sales comply with contractual obligations to their supply source and applicable laws (including, without limitation, competition laws).
5.2 The Platform may display MSRP or market reference price (if applicable) for information. Shops must not make any false or misleading claims such as "official pricing / officially authorized / official partnership".
5.3 If a Shop participates in any Platform-designated campaign/zone (e.g., "Launch Zone" or other promotional programs), the Shop must comply with the campaign terms shown on the campaign page (if any). The Platform reserves the right to take actions (takedowns, restrictions, bans) for violations or conduct that creates compliance risks.
5.4 The Platform reserves the right to update these hints, campaign terms, and (if applicable) designated item lists at any time.
6. Enforcement, Takedowns, Bans, and Legal Action
6.1 The Platform may take down content, restrict features, or ban accounts without prior notice.
6.2 The Company reserves all legal rights for infringement, fraud, defamation, false statements, and related misconduct.
