Last updated: February 15, 2026

Applicable Region: Hong Kong SAR

Effective Date: 13 February 2026
Version: MVP v1.0

1. Scope

1.1 This Policy governs fees you pay to the Platform (e.g., subscriptions, listing fees, Label program fees, advertising/exposure fees, and potential future paid Credit purchases).

1.2 Payments and refunds for C2C transactions are agreed by the buyer and seller. At MVP stage, the Platform does not collect, escrow, split-settle, or intervene in payments.

1.3 Payment methods considered at this stage include credit cards and AlipayHK. PayMe and physical cash (if offered in the future or in special cases arranged by the Platform) are subject to on-Platform pages or notices.

2. Subscription / Service Cancellation

2.1 To cancel a subscription or purchased service, contact the Platform at least five (5) business days in advance at cardex.hk@gmail.com and clearly state: account information, cancellation reason, service involved, and desired effective date.

2.2 The Platform may verify and conduct risk checks for cancellation requests. Approval and effective timing are subject to the Platform's final decision.

3. Refund Principles

3.1 Unless required by law or expressly promised in writing by the Platform, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

3.2 If there is a duplicate charge, obvious system error, or a verified Platform-caused failure that prevents you from using paid features, the Platform may, at its discretion, issue a refund or provide equivalent service/extension.

3.3 If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Platform reserves the right to suspend your account, restrict features, and recover losses (including processing fees and administrative costs).

4. Taxes and Fee Adjustments

4.1 You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform (if applicable).

4.2 The Platform reserves the right to change fees, plans, and rules, effective after posting on the Platform. If changes relate to subscribed services, they will generally take effect in the next billing cycle or upon renewal (unless required otherwise by law or circumstances). The Company reserves the final decision.

5. Reservation of Legal Rights

5.1 The Platform reserves all legal rights, including taking legal action for fraud, defamation, false statements, malicious chargebacks, and related misconduct.
